Muff Rider. My recipe is a little different from the standard. In a cocktail shaker...mix in two ounces of premium nigori sake with a half ounce of Malibu Rum and a healthy splash of fresh pineapple juice. Shake breifly and empty the contents into a highball. Cap with sprite and garnish with a lemon spiral.Bar Banter
